The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, was received on Thursday in Minsk by the Chairwoman of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus, Natalya Kochanova, on the occasion of his official visit to the Republic of Belarus, according to a statement from the ministry.
