Dear Visitors,

I have the pleasure, as well as all the staff, to welcome you to the website of the Embassy of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria in Abuja.

Algeria, under the leadership of Mr. Abdelmadjid TEBBOUNE, President of the Republic, has done me the great Honour of appointing me to represent her in the sister Federal Republic of Nigeria, with which my country maintains a relationship of cooperation and partnership, who's roots extend throughout history, embodied by regular qualitative political dialogue, multidimensional economic cooperation and structuring integration projects currently being implemented. This relationship is now driven by a strong desire to move it towards more promising horizons.

Our aim is to work towards enhancing this distinguished bilateral relation by expanding areas of win-win economic cooperation, raising the level of cultural cooperation and scholarship programs, intensifying exchanges of delegations and visits at various levels, and promoting mutual interests.

We aim to make this website a space for communication and exchange with our community residing in Nigeria, Benin and Togo and to provide them with all the information related to consular services. We also aspire to make this website a useful guide to offer its visitors, in particular through the various electronic links listed there, all the information relating to the immense investment opportunities that Algeria offers to businessmen and businesswomen, the attractive archaeological and historical places and sites that our country contains, as well as, the wonderful natural landscapes that tourists can visit and enjoy.
