Belarus: The Senior Minister, M. Ahmed Attaf lays wreath at Minsk victory monument

The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, laid Thursday a wreath at the Victory Monument in the Belarusian capital, Minsk, in tribute to the heroes who sacrificed their lives during the World War II.
