Algeria severs diplomatic ties with the United Arab Emirates

Algeria decided on Thursday September 10, 2026 to sever diplomatic ties with the United Arab Emirates (UAE), following the exhaustion of all available avenues to maintain bilateral relations, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.
