In anticipation to the media coverage of the 11th edition of the High Level Seminar of Oran, on Peace and Security in Africa, scheduled for 1st and 2nd December 2024, press and media outfits, Nigerian and/or foreign resident, desirous to cover this meeting, are requested to submit their application for accreditation, at the Embassy of Algeria in Abuja, at least 15 days before the arrival of the journalist in Algeria.
The requirements are as follows:
- Duly filled Press Visa application form, issued by the Algerian diplomatic mission or consular representation ;
- A letter of introduction by the employer of the journalist ;
- A photocopy of his/her professional ID card ;
- Two(02) passport photographs ;
- A photocopy of thepassport.
The journalists must also communicate the complete list of the audiovisual and technical material in their possession, in order to facilitate the process of the temporary transportation request of the said material.
