Passing of former Senator Prof. Rachid Bougherbal: President Tebboune extends condolences

The President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune on Saturday 30 August 2025 sent a message of condolence to the family of the former member of the Council of the Nation (upper house of Parliament), Prof. Rachid Bougherbal, and to the medical and scientific community, in which he assured them of his deep sympathy.
