Algerian Embassy in Abuja commemorate the 70th anniversary of the outbreak of the Glorious Revolution of Freedom

A ceremony commemorating the 70th anniversary of the outbreak of the Glorious Revolution of Freedom took place on the morning of November 1st , 2024, in the premises of the Algerian Embassy in Abuja, with the staff of the Embassyin attendance.
After observing a minute of silence and listening to the national anthem, SEM. Hocine MEZOUED, Ambassador of Algeria to Nigeria, delivered a speech in which he recalled the sacrifices of the Algerian people throughout the different eras of their history to liberate the country and live in peace and stability. He also stressed that the glorious November Revolution had greatly contributed to changing the fate of many oppressed peoples across the world, who, inspired by the Algerian revolution, rose up against the arrogance of their colonizers, and embraced the principles of liberation and emancipation.
